Refund policy

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Pedro’s Beauty Box reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
